WHERE CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?

You can find out the status of your shipment by sending us an e-mail at info@ukusibalkana.com or by calling us at 1-844-MOJUKUS (844-665-8587). Customer service hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.

 

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND MAKE A PAYMENT?

When you place your order, you will be asked to leave your card number or PayPal account e-mail address. At checkout, you will be able to see your total order amount, which will include the price of the items you ordered, shipping and handling, as well as sales tax (if applicable).

The order will be processed and the package shipped to you within 48 hours. If for some reason we are unable to send you some of the items you ordered, you will be contacted with the option to accept the partial order or cancel the transaction altogether. If you accept the partial order, you will immediately be refunded for the price of the unavailable items.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO

At this moment, we ship our products in the United States only.

All payments are processed though the PayPal platform, which is one of the safest ways of making online purchases. Our employees will not have access your card number or other private information, so your safety is 100% guaranteed.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP PERISHABLE GOODS?

We do not ship perishable goods at the moment. Goods that are somewhat susceptible to changes in temperature and can melt, such as candy and chocolate, will be shipped in special insulated packaging.

If necessary, dry ice will be added to the package in order to maintain the desired temperature.
